It's 11:50 a.m. central time and I'm getting ready to head out to my daily watering hole...the Foley Coffee Shop. Before I head out I wanted to make note of a very bullish pattern that appears to be forming in the indexes. It's a symetrical triangle. I'm not going to get into the details here but it's getting close to breaking out to the upside. If and when it does it should duplicate the move from the July 15th low of 1200 to the top of 1291. I've been suspecting that this was what was building for a while. It'll take a lot of bears for a nasty ride. It'll also send Larry Kudlow bouncing off the walls in euphoria. His celebration will be premature as this move may be the last hurrah. We'll see. Anyway, wanted to alert you to this potential patern.
